Здравствуйте! Убедитесь, что файлы клиента или лаунчера не блокируются Защитником Windows или любым антивирусным ПО и добавьте папки в исключения. Удалите в игровом клиенте папку system, после в лаунчере нажмите кнопку "починить клиент".
