ok lets play L2 java server

2nd point most important...... too much players dont play the server because of that point...

lol in all pts and L2 off Skills with macro reduce 1 sec CD.... in the last server Interlude final macros works and here not. Without macros some skills and characters are trash.... Gladiator, Tyrant, soul of pain ( Soulhound), Recharge( cant spam recharge), and more and more classes/skills.

The macros of skilles are not lowering the cd, being a characteristic of the PTS. Please review, this greatly modifies the setups. regards
