Is it normal that you loose 10 points if you get disconnected before being teleported in the olympiad arena?

Another problem, since the update for the new server, is the common bug where if you try to spam a spell, first time it goes well, second time the cast is slower cause it doesn't take the casting speed improvement from the bss. Can you fix it?

If you get this error when starting client, just go in windows Control Panel -> Regional Settings -> Advanced and select russian language for applications that don't support unicode, then restart windows.
