So i installed the game and put the english patch (this one https://mega.co.nz/#!HcsFFJRJ!PBTh88oO2FdNtWz_0dXKRy9kfecgJKwOWuv1QN4G1fg) but many things are still in russian and the biggest problem is the community menu ( alt+b).
