Then song / dance have 3 minutes.? They have no way of them last 1h like other buffs?

I wanted to know the time the duration of the song / dance? I see in the FAQ: Dance/song - 3 minutes (by bards) I did not understand "by bards" that's npc? Anyway, can anyone tell me the time duration of song and dances? (Earth, Hunter, Champion, Vitality ...) Thanks for your attention.
