Hello, this is how it works on 1st TW. The clans that won Castle siege are automatically signed up for TW since NPC's do not own Castles any more but players do, everyone else will be able to sign up for upcoming TW which will occur 1 day before next sieges.

Avers (coins) are available via donation, once you donate you receive them on your master account and after that you can chose on which in game account and character you wish to add them to. Also you can buy Avers from other players in game.
