On your 1st screenshot, it seems that your computer protection blockes our laucher. So you need to add both game folder and updater folder to the antivirus a firewall exclusions. After this restart you computer.
Then delete System folder from the game client, then run the updater and use "repair game client" function (in updater settings).

Please make sure that you don't have Bless Body or Improved Condition buff when you use Battle Roar.
Improved Condition is a combo-buff that replaces and combines bonuses from both skills Bless the Body and Bless the Soul.
Battle Roar can replace Bless the Body buff, but it cannot replace a combo buff (just like the Shield buff will not replace Might+Shield Combo, for example).
