 Please note: Cloaks and Mantles have the same bonuses as the VIP 4 cloak:

• 300 HP;
• 100% to Weight Limit.

When purchasing a cloak, the player is credited VIP points in the amount of the paid sum. All details about the VIP system can be read HERE.

At NPC Rylai you can upgrade the cloak by adding CP/HP/MP bonuses.
Inserting Attribute Stones into cloaks is available only after the attribute appears in the game.

 What is required to order a Unique Cloak and Mantle:

Order conditions and implementation timeframes:
Please note: if you have already placed an order in previous seasons, then the Unique Cloak has been preserved on the Eternal server, and you can purchase it in the new season with a 50% discount.

1. Payment for the order is made only through Support in the personal account.
2. To place an order, contact Eleyn in forum private messages or support in the personal account.
3. Payment for the order is made immediately upon placing it.
4. By placing an order, you automatically agree to all conditions and take your place in the queue for cloak production.
5. It is not possible to pay with in-game currency in the game!
6. After payment, you can cancel your order only if the queue has not yet reached your order for implementation.
7. In the event that your cloak is already in the process of implementation, it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the order.
8. The timelines for implementing a unique cloak are individual for each person. We cannot specify exact timelines, as everything depends on the workload of our specialists, as well as your position in the implementation queue. The time to fulfill your order may take from one week to a month or more. 

Please note that at the start of the season our specialists have a higher workload than in the days after the start! Therefore, the timelines may be postponed for an indefinite time.

Why exactly such timelines and why it cannot be faster.
First, we communicate with you to collect the initial technical specification, which can take from 10 minutes to several days. Therefore, we ask you to think in advance about all the details of how you see your cloak and describe the smallest details so that the artist understands you from "A" to "Z". You can also provide us with a drawing/picture of your ideas.
After that, the information will be passed on to the artist, who will turn the idea into a sketch and submit it for your approval.
After you approve the final version, the artist will fit the picture to the actual sizes of the cloak for the specific race, gender, and class. Unfortunately, this is one of the most difficult tasks. Since the game does not provide an image on the cloak for every race, gender, and class, it will differ greatly. To simplify, technically it works like this: the main layout was made for a Human Warrior, and for all others it is proportionally compressed/stretched. In order to avoid strong distortion of the image, we immediately provide for and independently modify the image so that it looks as organic as possible and in accordance with the original.
At the last stage, the texture will be handed over to technical specialists, who will create a completely new item with all names, titles, and effects.

 

 Unique Cloak:

• 500 Master Coin on the balance of your Personal Account.
   In the case of simultaneously purchasing 9 or more IDENTICAL cloaks, you will receive a discount of 20%, and when purchasing 25 or more IDENTICAL cloaks, you will receive a discount of 50%.Official server's currency.

• Find an image on the internet or create your own. You can draw a picture yourself in Paint / by hand, but in this case our artist will redraw your creation to bring it to a perfect look.
  *We would like to note that the image must not violate the rules of our project. The administration reserves the right to refuse to accept the image without explanation, with the option to replace it with another.
• Choose one of the listed cloaks on which you want to place the image, and specify its number:
  *Please note: the top of the cloak (the holder located at the very top) will be the same (as on cloak number 2) for all cloaks without exception, even if a different one is shown in the example.
  **We can make the cloak completely invisible, leaving only the wings, or make both the cloak invisible and remove the wings — at your discretion.
