At NPC Rylai you can upgrade your cloak by adding CP/HP/MP bonuses.
Attribute Stones can only be inserted into cloaks once the attribute system becomes available in the game.

Cost of bonus stats when upgrading a cloak:

• +500 CP - 12 500 000 Adena
• +200 HP - 10 000 000 Adena
• +122 MP - 7 500 000 Adena

Please note: if you placed an order in a previous season, your Unique Cloak has been preserved on the Eternal server, and you can purchase it in the new season at a 50% discount.
No discounts of any kind are available for Mantles.

1. Payment for your order is made only through Support in your Account Dashboard.
2. To place an order, contact Elaine via Telegram, the forum, or Support in your Account Dashboard.
3. Payment is due when you place your order.
4. By placing an order, you automatically agree to all the terms and join the cloak production queue.
5. You cannot pay with in-game currency in the game!
6. After payment, you may cancel your order only if work on it has not yet begun.
7. If your cloak is already in production, cancelling your order is IMPOSSIBLE .
8. Completion times for unique cloaks vary for each player. Exact completion times cannot be guaranteed , as they depend on our specialists’ workload and your position in the production queue. Your order may take anywhere from one week to a month or longer to complete.

Please note that our specialists have a heavier workload at the start of a season than in the days that follow! This may cause completion times to be delayed for an indefinite period.

Why it takes this long and why the process cannot be faster.
First, we discuss your initial design requirements with you, which can take anywhere from 10 minutes to several days. Please think through every detail of how you envision your cloak in advance and describe even the smallest details so that the artist understands your idea from A to Z. You can also provide a drawing or image illustrating your ideas.
The information is then passed to the artist, who turns your idea into a sketch and sends it to you for approval.
Once you approve the final version, the artist adjusts the image to the actual cloak dimensions for each specific race, gender, and class. Unfortunately, this is one of the most challenging tasks. Since the game does not provide a separate cloak image for each race, gender, and class, its appearance varies considerably. To put it simply, the base design was made for a Human Fighter and is proportionally compressed or stretched for everyone else. To prevent severe distortion, we account for these differences in advance and manually adjust the image so that it looks as natural and as faithful to the original as possible.
At the final stage, the texture is passed to our technical specialists, who create a completely new item with all its names, titles, and effects.

• Find an image online or create your own. You can draw a picture yourself in Paint or by hand. In this case, our artist will redraw your artwork to give it a polished finish.
  *Please note that the image must comply with our project’s rules. The administration reserves the right to reject an image without explanation, while allowing you to replace it with another.
• Choose one of the cloaks listed below for your image and specify its number:
  *Please note: the top of the cloak (the clasp at the very top) will be the same for all cloaks without exception, matching cloak No. 2, even if the example shows a different one.
  **We can make the cloak completely invisible, leaving only the wings, or make the cloak invisible and remove the wings as well — the choice is yours.
