Once i try to login i get this error.
 

Can somebody clarify why?

You're most likely entering an incorrect password.
Please note:

1. Eternal accounts do not work! You need to create a game account specifically for the Lu4 server in your personal account. To do this, go to your account dashboard and select the Lu4 server from the menu on the left.

2. Make sure you're entering the prefix that was given to you when creating the account. For example: HTRlogin.
   You can view your prefix in the Game Accounts section of your personal account.
