Abyss Walker skills missing?

I had a look at the skills for all classes and as I plan to play an Abyss Walker I noticed that 2 essential skills are missing:

1) Blinding Blow ( increases running speed and has a chance turn enemy's back) not listed within the skills list, also missing from the Plains Walker. Has this been removed altogether? 

2) Mortal Strike (increases the accuracy of Blow skills) - this is present for Plains Walker and it is the equivalent of the Critical Blow skill for Treasure Hunters. Both the TH and the PW have got this, but not the AW. Has this been missed from the list or AW will simply not have this like the other dagger classes?

@Seijun , your questions have clear answers. At this stage of development, only the skills listed under Skill and Mechanics are available. This list was published prior to the server launch, allowing everyone the opportunity to review and select the appropriate class to play.

Given this, I believe the mw rnd team has higher-priority tasks to focus on.

@hhk I agree that the mw rnd team has higher-priority tasks to focus. However, my post is also intended to highlight a potential error.

From looking at the skills I can assume that Blinding Blow has been removed from the game as both classes PW and AW who possess this skill, do not have it listed within the skills in the list. Hence it is an assumption, not a clear answer. 

Secondly regarding a skill that increases blow rate (essential for daggers) which is normally present to all dagger classes, is missing from the list of skills for the AW. That would result in a massive disadvantage for the AW against the other 2 dagger classes as AW will not possess any blow chance increasing skill before 3rd class. Therefore I believe this is a very relevant question without a clear answer. It could be a simple error of not being listed, but present in-game.

Does that make more sense?

This thread can be closed. I figured what is going on.

For information:

1) Blinding blow may be available later as it is a 61+ skill or may not be available at all, but it doesn't matter at this stage. 

2) The Mortal Strike buff is missing for Abyss Walker on the list on the forum, but it will be part of the Abyss Walker skillset as shown in the detailed skills by class/level on the website. https://mw2.wiki/class/36-abysswalker
