📣 Queen Ant – Static Monday Spawn Hurts Server Balance (Feedback & Suggestion)

Hi LU4 team and fellow players,

I’d like to raise serious concerns regarding the recent change to Queen Ant's spawn being fixed every Monday at 21:00 server time (8:00 PM CEST) with no randomization or spawn window.

This might seem like a small quality-of-life tweak at first glance, but it has wider consequences that negatively impact the competitiveness, accessibility, and overall fun of the server.


Why This Static Schedule is a Problem:

  1. It Locks Out Entire Clans

    Our clan alone has over 100+ active members — and many simply can’t attend on a Monday evening due to work or personal life. We’re effectively excluded from participating in one of the core raid bosses of early-mid game progression.

  2. Removes Fair Rotation

    Static spawns favor the same clan or alliance every week, while other groups don’t even have a chance to contest due to real-world scheduling.

  3. Decreases Server Engagement

    Queen Ant is one of the few competitive PvE/PvP bosses still accessible to mid-sized and upcoming clans. Making it a static boss removes that spark of open-world unpredictability and reduces the thrill of scouting, racing, and PvPing for it.


What We’re Suggesting Instead:

We strongly encourage you to reconsider this decision and switch Queen Ant to a more balanced, inclusive schedule, such as:

  • Every 5-Day Spawn Cycle
    Creates rotating spawn days that help different timezones and player schedules.

  • Random Spawn Window (±1 to 2 hours)
    Prevents full AFK camping and rewards active players who scout and prepare.

  • Weekend Rotation or Alternating Weekdays/Weekends
    Keeps the competition alive and spreads access more fairly between casual and hardcore players.


📢 Call to Action:

If other clans or solo players feel the same way, please comment and add your voice. The more feedback the LU4 team sees, the more likely they are to revisit this change.

Let’s keep Queen Ant competitive and accessible to everyone — not just those who can play every Monday night.

In normal MMO's these types of rotations are done on the kill, and theres normally two windows created - first window you set for the potential respawn - 3 to 5 days after being killed, then you can add another window for additional conditions; this can be simply "6-18 hours after the window unlocks", could be a certain moon phase, could require 100 mobs killed in the area...

On this project, epic bosses always had an evening spawn. All discuss is moved there:
