GAME FREEZES AND DISCONNECTS EVERY APPROX 1 HOUR / FROM THE FIRST DAY OF PLAY UNTIL NOW

Hello, i have problem with the game from the beginning of play.

 

Specifically, every approximately one hour the game just freezes, and i have to close the game with control+alt+del in order to open the game again and re-login. This has caused me many deaths and -XP - and generally problems in the game.

I have full check in the game every time i log in. Also When i press play,, a message with an error pops up and a system error, but eventually the log in page opens and works. 

 

Could you please help me in order to stop this freezing? many thanks in advance!
