Forum Communication Rules

General Provisions

1.1.

By registering an account and using the forum or other official platforms, the user confirms that they have read these rules and agree to comply with them.

1.2.

Lack of knowledge, misunderstanding, or misinterpretation of the rules does not exempt the user from responsibility for violating them.

1.3.

The Administration reserves the right to amend and supplement these rules. The current version is published on the forum and takes effect upon publication.

1.4.

Users are solely responsible for the messages, materials, links, and other information they publish.

1.5.

The Administration reserves the right to evaluate user conduct and impose sanctions in situations not explicitly covered by these rules if such conduct harms the community, the project, or other users.

1.6.

Before creating a new topic, users are encouraged to use the search function and check whether the matter has already been discussed. Duplicate topics may be merged, closed, or removed.

1.7.

The topic title must accurately reflect its content. Any question or issue must be described clearly and with sufficient detail.

1.8.

Moderation decisions are made based on the circumstances and severity of the violation, whether it is repeated, and the user's prior history.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited on the forum and official platforms:

2.1.

Insults and Aggressive Behavior

Insulting users, their relatives, members of the Administration, or support staff, as well as humiliation, bullying, harassment, and personal attacks.

2.2.

Threats

Direct or indirect threats of physical violence, harm, disclosure of personal data, or other unlawful actions.

2.3.

Profanity

Excessive or deliberately aggressive use of profanity, especially when directed at other participants.

2.4.

Discrimination and Incitement to Hatred

Statements that demean people based on nationality, race, language, sex, religion, or other personal characteristics, as well as calls for hostility, violence, or discrimination.

2.5.

Provocation and Toxic Behavior

Messages intended to provoke conflicts, insults, bullying, flooding, or other violations.

2.6.

Prohibited Content

Posting pornographic material or content that promotes drugs, violence, unlawful activity, or other unacceptable material.

2.7.

Advertising and Spam

Advertising third-party game projects, products, services, websites, communities, or other resources without prior approval from the Administration.

Mass messaging, intrusive advertising, and repeated posts containing identical content are also prohibited.

2.8.

Malicious and Dangerous Links

Posting links, files, or instructions that may damage a device or software or lead to the theft of account credentials, funds, or other personal information.

2.9.

Knowingly False Information

Deliberately spreading false information, misleading users or the Administration, fabricating evidence, or manipulating facts.

2.10.

Publication of Personal Information

Posting another user's personal data without their consent, including their real name, address, phone number, photographs, payment details, or other confidential information.

2.11.

Publication of Correspondence with the Administration

Publishing full or partial correspondence with members of the Administration or support staff without prior approval.

This applies to correspondence in the game, on the forum, through social media, messaging services, and the support system.

2.12.

Public Discussion of Moderation

Publicly insulting members of the Administration, spreading knowingly false accusations, or creating conflicts over moderation decisions.

Respectful criticism and constructive feedback are permitted. Penalties must be appealed through the support service.

2.13.

Meaningless and Duplicate Posts

Creating topics without a meaningful purpose, deliberate flooding, posting identical messages, excessive bumping, or starting duplicate discussions when an active topic already exists.

2.14.

Evasion of Penalties

Using additional accounts to evade a suspension, continue violations, or pressure other participants.

2.15.

Impersonation of Project Representatives

Impersonating an administrator, moderator, support staff member, or any other official representative is prohibited.

Penalties

Depending on the nature and severity of the violation, the following measures may be applied:

  • verbal warning;

  • assignment of penalty points;

  • editing or removal of a message;

  • closing, hiding, moving, or removing a topic;

  • restriction of posting privileges;

  • temporary account suspension;

  • indefinite account suspension;

  • restriction of access to specific official platforms.

The Administration determines the appropriate penalty based on the circumstances of the violation.

For repeated, systematic, deliberate, or particularly serious violations, the penalty may be increased and certain warning stages may be skipped.

Appealing Penalties

Users may contact the support service to request clarification or appeal a penalty.

The appeal must be written respectfully and include a description of the situation, the date of the violation, and any available evidence.

Creating public topics, submitting repeated appeals, or using additional accounts will not speed up the review and may result in additional sanctions.
