RESTART REASON

• Technical maintenance

After the restart: open the launcher and run “Check Files” before entering the game.

   

Important

While the in-game restart timer is active, transferring items from your personal account is unavailable.
Any items transferred during this period will be automatically delivered to your character after the server starts.

Dear friends!

The patch is already available in the launcher. To avoid spending time downloading it after the restart, we recommend clicking Check Files now and updating your client in advance.

The download servers will be under heavy load, so please do not leave the update until the last minute.

If you are still experiencing download issues, we recommend:

• fully restarting your computer and router;

• trying to launch the launcher with a VPN or, if you are already using one, disabling it;

• making sure your antivirus or Windows Defender is not blocking the launcher;

• closing any background programs that may be actively using your internet connection;

• trying a different internet provider. For example, you can share your mobile internet connection and update the client using the mobile network.
