This story is going to be short. "The Fear of Our CP" is the title of this story. I play on the Gamma server.
This happened right in the middle of a siege. The siege had just started, and we were defending the castle. All our CPs were strategically positioned, defending the castle gates. The leader of our CP is known on the server as Vendetta. His name says it all: he’s a character—and a person—who loves PvP and has an insane amount of PKs. He has around 140 PKs.
So, as fate would have it, right in the heat of battle, while we were fighting, someone who wasn't fully inside the siege zone crossed his path, and our CP leader accidentally hit them, turning PK. And that is the ultimate fear of the entire CP: our leader going PK. Why? Because he has his full gear enchanted to +6 and a rare +10 weapon. When we saw his name turn red, all our hearts stopped beating right then and there. We stopped thinking about the battle; our sole mission became getting rid of his PK status.
Every time he kills someone, his PK levels spike massively—we're talking way over 10,000 karma. So, what did we do? We ran out like absolute madmen from the frontline of the battle, tracked him down, and somehow managed to kill him three times just to clear his karma.
It was tragic. I’m telling it calmly now, but at that moment, we were all desperate because there was way too much at stake, and we could lose everything.
my name in the game is Aribeto.
