If you make cake cheap you can aswell increase rate because everyone is going to have torta and farm in peace.
if you however have cake price around 5-7€/500rub it becomes a strategical asset for parties and clans to group up and fight for and defend, if there´s a rumor about a torta being dropped that is going to lead to small mini events that makes the server feel very alive and dynamic. No wartags are going to let you put down a cake in some good spot and farm in peace with full benefit from it on a populous server.
If it´s cheap like 100 rub/1€ evreyone is going to sit in their little spot and farm with torta in peace because they don´t wanna waste it, but they not gonna fight over one neither because they prolly have 20 cakes in inventory.
If you want cake take model of last RPG-Club GF server because that worked well for evreyone.
