In such case I recommend you to re-download game client from our side again. Install it, then make a full check via our updater. Пришлите скриншот Вашей проблемы. Также, попробуйте повторно обновить клиент игры через апдейтер.

Пожалуйста, убедитесь, что вы в Личном Кабинете зарегистрировали игровой аккаунт на сервере GvE. Для этого сперва нужно было переключиться вот тут - Screenshot - и потом создавать игровой аккаунт. Также убедитесь, что заходя на сервер, вы выбираете GvE (а не Test).

Сделайте полную проверку клиента апдейтером Averia.exe (находится в папке с игрой)
