It is not entirely correct to compare the summer mid-rate and current low-rate server. Summer is the time when no one wants to spend a lot of time on the game, when they just want to have a good time and not spend a lot of effort (because in the summer there is something to do besides Lineage). That is why in the summer we provided players with appropriate content. It is also not entirely correct to compare the Interlude and Gracia Final Chronicles.
Premium Accounts are available on any Lineage projects, it is an integral part of the game.
All this bonusses can be obtained in the game way too:
Autoloot agathion can be obtained via in-game way for free (by passing the quest).
As to buff - player do not receives more buffs, he receives the same buffs, but improved one (higher lvl). That's all. It's also can be obtained in the game way by playing in a party/clan. So it's just the option for solo players who prefer playing alone.
Vitality, Runes, Nobless Scrolls and other bonusses can also be obtained for free by passing Daily Quests. You can see the detailed description of the way how to get them in the server description topic in the "Adventurer's Guide" section (just use ctrl+F to find it).
Also let's do not forget that Family Coins can be obtained not only on Control Panel, but in in-game way too (for example, in Giran market from traders): can be bought for Adena or exchanged for other game values.
Everything described above shows the possibility of achieving the same "benefits" in a game way. So each player has the opportunity to receive the same bonuses through the game.
