1.12

The Project Rules may be amended or supplemented. Users are responsible for reviewing all changes and additions to the Project Rules.

User Responsibilities in the Game.

2.0. The User undertakes not to use services provided by the Administration for commercial purposes:

  • a)
Users are prohibited from selling, purchasing, or exchanging in-game valuables for real money or any other material compensation. The use of third-party websites, marketplaces, or other external services for such transactions is also prohibited. The only exception is transactions conducted through the project’s official in-game Market.
  • b)
Users are prohibited from selling, purchasing, or exchanging game accounts or characters for real money, using third-party payment systems, or receiving any other form of material compensation for such transactions.
  • c)
Users are prohibited from exchanging in-game valuables, characters, or accounts between different game worlds, servers, projects, or other gaming resources.

2.1. When using project services, Users are prohibited from:

  • a)
Using third-party accounts that were not registered by the User without the account owner’s consent. When sharing registration data, the owner must enable character protection using .lock. If the owner chooses not to use .lock, the owner remains responsible for all actions performed by the character.
  • b)
Transferring rights or obligations under this agreement, including granting third parties the right or ability to use the User’s account without enabling character protection using .lock.
  • c)
Stealing in-game valuables, characters, or other in-game assets, or causing any damage to an account or character after gaining access to another player’s account.
  • d)
Using inappropriate language or expressions, including obscene, provocative, or insulting content that offends the honor or dignity of other users, in public communication channels such as chats and forums or in in-game elements such as nicknames, titles, and clan names.
It is also prohibited to raise or discuss topics that may cause conflict or disagreement, including politics, religion, and military events, or to incite ethnic, racial, or any other form of hostility.
Any intentional provocation aimed at inciting conflict, creating a hostile atmosphere, or encouraging insults is prohibited.
  • e)
Using third-party software or custom developments intended to intercept, analyze, or otherwise collect information about the operation of L2e-global servers, either outside or inside the game, as well as software that simulates a User’s presence in gameplay. This includes bots, clickers, gaming or macro keyboards and mice, and other automation methods, except for the Cyclic Macros implemented by the project.
  • f)
Being in the same party with a character using third-party software. If a violator is detected, the entire party is subject to punishment.
  • g)
Using fraudulent tools, modifications, or hacking methods intended to gain access to a character, account, or other game elements.
  • h)
Intentionally causing critical errors for other players through any actions or deception, or taking advantage of another player’s inattention in shops, trades, crafting, messages, or similar situations.
  • i)
Interfering with other players’ gameplay, including mechanically blocking access to locations or NPCs, blocking access to a Gatekeeper with a character, summon, or transformation, or blocking a private store with a pet or character.
  • j)
Intentionally exploiting similarities between textures, in-game items, or character nicknames to deceive other players, or creating derivative or composite works based on the game or its elements without the Administration’s permission, including videos and graphic materials.
  • k)
Impersonating a representative of the Administration or a GM (Game Master), or claiming to act on behalf of the Administration or GMs.
  • l)
Creating a character nickname or title containing obscene language, disguised obscene language, incitement of ethnic hatred, insults based on nationality, disguised insults, or similar content.
It is prohibited to occupy the nicknames or titles of Clan Leaders and Party Leaders, such as l2teamStorm or Ledger; create similar nicknames intended to mislead players; use the nicknames of server Administration members, such as Papanda, Rylai, or Safero; or use prefixes such as Admin, GM, Support, and similar designations in a nickname or title.
  • m)
Exploiting software or game-world errors, interfering with program code, gaining unauthorized access to computer systems, or accessing the game’s user database or materials. Users must report any such issues to the Administration immediately.
  • n)
Benefiting from bugs, server malfunctions, game errors, or geodata issues. Users must report any such issues to the Administration immediately.
  • o)
Taking any action intended to damage the Administration’s resources or obtain unauthorized access or capabilities related to those resources.
  • p)
Exploiting game textures or using any method to move a character into locations that cannot be accessed normally in order to gain an advantage over other players or farm unfairly.
“Inaccessible methods” include, for example, using a wyvern to place a character in areas that monsters or other players cannot reach.

2.2. When contacting the Support Service:

If a technical or legal issue occurs, the User must contact the User Support Service: Support Service.

  • The User must submit a ticket using the designated form and provide a detailed description of the problem, including what happened, the character’s nickname, and the date and time of the incident.
  • The User must submit the request on behalf of the character directly affected by the problem or on behalf of the main character.
  • The User must provide the Support Service specialist with complete and accurate registration data, including information that identifies the User. If the data is incomplete or its authenticity or ownership is doubtful, the specialist may request additional information.
  • The User must provide detailed information about discovered errors or defects, including calculations showing the correct behavior, screenshots or videos that may assist the investigation, and links to reliable sources describing the correct behavior. If the User cannot provide supporting information or provides incomplete information, the Support Service may consider the report unreliable.
  • The Support Service responds within 24 hours after receiving the request and complete and accurate registration data. The response period may be extended depending on the nature of the issue, and the User will be informed. The Support Service’s active hours are from 9:00 to 3:00 server time.
  • The User must not create false or knowingly incorrect requests unrelated to the incident, send obscene or provocative messages, or interfere with Support Service staff working on the ticket.
  • The User must not provide knowingly false information to other users or the Administration when submitting a support request, participating in an investigation, or acting as a witness or informant.
  • Publishing communication logs with representatives of the Administration or Support Service without their consent is prohibited in the game, on the forum, on social networks, and on other platforms.
  • Obscene, provocative, or insulting messages directed at the Administration or Support Service are prohibited in support tickets, the game, the forum, and other project spaces.

2.3. Main Market Rules:

The Market balance can be replenished in the “Market” section or via this link.
Please note that purchases on the Market require funds in the dedicated Market balance, not the main Personal Account balance.
If a player accidentally replenishes the main balance, the project Administration may transfer the funds to the Market balance no more than once.
Funds transferred from the Market to the main Personal Account balance cannot be withdrawn to a cash account or returned to the Market balance.

  • If a player lists the wrong item or sets the wrong price, the listing may be cancelled using the option available in the “Market” section of the Personal Account. However, once a transaction is completed, it is final and cannot be cancelled. Please check every listing carefully.
Withdrawals may be delayed due to sanctions, bank issues, payment-system issues, or other circumstances.
If the Administration determines that a User’s gameplay is primarily aimed at earning financial profit by obtaining in-game valuables and selling them through the Market, the Administration may permanently suspend the User’s game accounts and Market access and fully confiscate in-game valuables.
  • If a character is involved in fraud, deception, or another situation that causes damage to other players or the project Administration, the funds may be confiscated and Market access may subsequently be blocked, including a prohibition on withdrawals.

You can review the complete Market rules here:
MasterWork Game Exchange

Before using the Market, every participant must carefully review these rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt anyone from responsibility.

2.4. In-Game Gameplay Rules:

  • Fraud when buying or selling items
Any action intended to mislead other players during trade is strictly prohibited. Examples include:
    – Selling visually similar but less valuable items, such as D-grade gemstones instead of a Stone of Purity;
    – Advertising a deliberately understated crafting price in a store name, such as displaying 100 adena while the actual price is 1kk+;
    – Listing an item at an inflated price to occupy a Market slot, such as selling a Scroll of Escape for 1kkk.
  • A store name must match its contents
The name of a private store must clearly describe its contents. Misleading or false store names are considered a violation.
  • Market manipulation
Intentionally inflating prices for popular goods, including MS, Crystals, Life Stones, Attribute Stones, and similar items, is prohibited. Selling or reserving Market trading spots is also prohibited.
  • Extortion for access to locations
Demanding any in-game or real currency in exchange for the right to remain in or farm a particular spot or location is prohibited.
  • Use of the Party Matching system
The Party Matching system may only be used for its intended purpose: assembling parties. Trade offers, advertisements, and other posts unrelated to party recruitment are prohibited.
  • Using a trader solely to resell the trader’s Market spot is prohibited.
  • It is prohibited to systematically PK characters of a significantly lower level in order to hinder their progression or normal gameplay.
A violation includes deliberately pursuing low-level players and killing them in their leveling areas when such actions serve no legitimate gameplay purpose and are intended solely to block access to a location, quests, NPCs, or other game content.
Isolated conflicts, clan wars, competition for in-game resources, PvP activities, and events provided for by the game mechanics are considered separately.

Such actions violate the principles of fair and open competition and are punished in accordance with the Project Rules.

2.5. Rules for Ownership and Transfer of Epic Items:

  • a)
Stealing loot from Epic Bosses is a serious violation and is punishable by a temporary or permanent suspension of the character or account.
  • b)
Epic jewelry transferred within a clan by the Clan Leader is considered clan property and may be returned to the Clan Leader upon request. This rule does not apply if the transfer explicitly states that the item is granted to the group permanently with the right to dispose of it at the group’s discretion. In that case, the epic jewelry becomes personal property and cannot be recalled by the Clan Leader.
Recommendation: When transferring an epic item, Clan Leaders should use in-game mail and clearly state one of the following:
    • “The epic item is issued only for the duration of membership in the clan and must be returned.”
    • “The item is transferred into permanent ownership with the right to sell it or transfer it to third parties.”
Before sending the mail, take a screenshot confirming that the epic item belongs to the clan.
  • c)
Transfer of equipment within a constant party.
Party Leaders may use in-game mail when issuing equipment to group members. The mail must clearly state:
“The equipment is issued only for the duration of play in the group. If the member leaves the constant party, the item must be returned to the group at the Party Leader’s request.”
If there is a screenshot of the mail and confirmation from the player who received the items, the Group Leader may request the return of party equipment after the player leaves the group.

2.6. Internal Rules of Interaction Between MasterWork II Players:

These rules have developed over several years of interaction between Clan Leaders and players and serve as an informal foundation for respectful coexistence in the game world. The Administration only ensures that these agreements are observed and acts as a mediator when necessary.
Key points:

  • Waiting for an Epic Boss
Having an entire clan lie dead at the entrance to an Epic Boss while waiting for its respawn is considered poor practice.
  • Trash buffs
Using trash buffs in towns and peace zones is prohibited.
Trash buffs may be used during daily quests, in field locations or farming spots, and during events outside towns.
  • Blocking passages with summons or pets
During sieges and Epic Boss encounters, intentionally blocking passages with pets or summons is prohibited because it interferes with gameplay.

These rules may be changed or supplemented during gameplay depending on the situation and agreements between clans and players.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dear players! Master Work is an international server. Our team does not support war, discussions about war, or symbols associated with it. National flags and languages are not symbols of war; the letter Z, swastikas, and similar symbols are.
Please discuss war anywhere, in any manner, and with anyone you choose, but not on the E-Global gaming platform.
Choose the people you feel comfortable playing with. Players on our server come from all over the world, so please refrain from insults.
We do not tolerate insults or the incitement of conflict.

P.S.: This is a deeply sensitive subject for many of us, and you should not look for loopholes. We will identify and suspend violators regardless of how “cleverly” or “humorously” they disguise their message.
Fight on the fields of Elmoraden. That is what MasterWork was created for.

The Administration has the right to determine the appropriate punishment based on the circumstances of the violation, either reducing or increasing it.

Сначала мы работали тяжело, а потом стали работать еще тяжелее.
По всем вопросам можно в личку.
Всех лю😊
