In this post, we want to introduce you to the main features so you can configure the client according to your needs and your computer’s capabilities. Glossary: GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) — The graphics processor installed in the video card. However, in this text, by GPU we mean the entire video card; CPU (Central Processing Unit) — The central processor of the computer. FPS (Frames Per Second) — A metric indicating how many individual image frames are displayed per second when rendering video or in games. Well, FPS—you know what it is. Video. Basic graphics and visual effects settings: Скрытый текст Audio. Various sound settings. They allow you to adjust the volume of different sounds and work with different audio output devices: Скрытый текст Game. Settings for certain gameplay and interface features: Скрытый текст Control. Input and control device settings: Скрытый текст Important: handle the graphics card with care. Before enabling resource-intensive graphics settings, make sure your computer can handle the load. Do not activate options labeled "Photo" or "SSGI" unless you are confident in your system’s capabilities — these modes significantly increase GPU load and utilize all available resources. The primary purpose of these settings is to create beautiful visuals (photos, videos, etc.), not for actual gameplay. However, if your computer can handle it, you’re always free to try them out while monitoring the Task Manager (Performance\GPU tab) on your PC. Main Settings: Render Resolution and Anti-Aliasing: Render Resolution — a setting that affects FPS. Lower the value to improve performance on mid-range and low-end GPUs. It is recommended to set it 2–3 steps from the right (for FPS stability); Anti-Aliasing — smooths object edges, using TAA + upscaler (similar to DLSS and FSR). It's recommended to set this to High or above to prevent image artifacts during upscaling. Field of View (FOV), Stylization, and Weather Effects: FOV (Field of View) — the angle of view. It does not affect draw distance but impacts visual perception; Stylization — visual filters mainly used for content creation (e.g., streams); Weather — weather effects. They enhance visual quality but may negatively impact FPS on weaker GPUs. Utility Functions: Initialize — resets the position of interface windows; Default — restores all settings to their default values; Working with Presets: Preset (Alt + P) — similar to the classic "low settings" system, with the ability to customize via the "Edit preset" button. UI Scaling and Color Settings: Scale — adjusts the UI scale, especially relevant for high-resolution displays (4K, 8K); Ctrl + Alt + Home — resets the UI size to default (useful if previous settings caused the interface to become inaccessible — just press this to restore it); Custom UI Color — changes the interface color scheme. Useful for personalization, including for content creators. Additional Graphics Settings: ❗❗❗ To improve performance, we recommend ❗❗❗ Disable: Volumetric Fog — volumetric fog, heavily loads the system; SSGI — realistic global illumination, adds minor visual nuances but significantly increases GPU load. Should only be enabled by enthusiasts on high-end PCs; Chromatic Aberration, Bloom — lighting and optical effects (minimal performance impact); Motion Blur, Depth of Field — motion and focus blur (minimal performance impact). Enable: Animrate Anime — significantly reduces the number of movement animation frames, which greatly boosts performance; Vertical Sync — synchronizes game FPS with your monitor’s refresh rate. Can reduce GPU load and temperature; FPS Lock — directly limits the game's FPS without syncing to the monitor. Note! Setting a value may either increase or decrease GPU load. A high value (144+) can lead to high GPU load, while setting a lower value (60 or below) will cap FPS and significantly reduce load. Disabling this setting allows the GPU to use its full available performance (unless CPU-limited), which may cause high GPU temperatures. Display of players and NPCs: Player/Party/Clan/Ally — settings for displaying names of players and allies; NPC and Other PC — controls the distance at which other players and NPC names appear or disappear, significantly reducing load and especially helpful in large-scale battles (e.g., sieges, epic bosses, etc.). Practical Tips: Do not enable photo mode unless necessary; Disable SSGI if performance is your priority; Reduce or disable Volumetric Fog; Lower the Render Resolution if FPS is insufficient; Try to keep the Anti-Aliasing setting at High or above; Use FPS Lock to limit frame rate if needed; In the GAME section, you can disable the display of NPCs and other players (Other PC), which is especially effective in battles with many objects. Additional Recommendations: The Stylization setting does not affect performance; use it only when necessary; For low-end systems, use Medium-level settings, which provide stable performance at 30–60 frames per second; GTX 1060-level graphics cards allow for stable gameplay with proper parameter adjustments. Gameplay should be enjoyable. Take breaks, monitor component temperatures, avoid overloading the system, and choose settings that balance quality and performance. with ❤️, E-Global & Lu4 Ссылка на сообщение Поделиться на других сайтах
