Dear friends,

Thank you for your active participation in MasterWork Season 6 testing! During the open beta, we monitored the process and carefully collected your feedback and suggestions. Based on the information received, we made several changes and improvements to the mechanics. A detailed breakdown can be found further in this patch note.


 

  • Game Store
  • The long-awaited opening is just around the corner — October 24, at 20:00. Character creation will open earlier, at 19:30.
  • The Game Store is now available on the website. You can view the selection and prices. In-game purchases will open a few hours before the launch, at 16:00
  • Important!
    • When you purchase goods in the Store, you can send them to the Warehouse in your personal account:
      • This convenient feature helps you immediately purchase the items you need, after which you can send them to different characters;
      • This feature is extremely convenient for organized groups and those who like to play with several characters;
      • You can send items to your character immediately after creation. You'll receive all items immediately upon logging into the game.
    • Please make sure that you have selected the server you need in your Personal Account (🔥Fire or💧Water):
      • Despite the fact that the Eternal servers and 🔥Fire /💧Water general balance, bonuses for replenishment differ for each of the servers, and they cannot be transferred;
      • Lu4 server balance is separate and cannot be used on the Seasonal server;
      • Before making purchases and topping up your balance, please ADDITIONALLY make sure that you have selected the correct server in your personal account:

  • Class Skill Changes
  • seraphmeow_i00.png Agathions and summoner buffs:
    • We've noticed that many players are confused about how the new summoner and Agathion buffs work. We'd like to clarify this mechanic in more detail:
      • Summoner buffs are combo buffs and replace Agathion skills, so they cannot be used simultaneously;
      • The level and power of Agathion's buff depends on the global server setting, not the character's level:
        • To use the first level of the skill, you still need to be level 56;
        • Agathion's buff level will increase as the server develops, similar to Life Stone's offensive abilities.

    • Improved the logic behind effects that increase the power of physical skills. These effects increase the power of blow skills (Skill Power), significantly increasing damage;
    • Examples of effects:

  • Purify Purify:
    • Learned from level 40 for Bishop and Shillien Elder classes;
    • The final levels of study are 40, 52 and 64.
       
  • Cleanse Cleanse:
    • The first level of the skill is learned from level 52 at Bishop;
    • The final learning levels are 52, 66 and 78.

    • Using skills that are removed when leaving a group now works correctly on summoned creatures;
    • Crafter buffs now replace each other correctly:
      • Mass effects overlap each other, but Point effects do not;
      • Point effects overlap Mass effects and each other.
    • New Crafter, Cocktail, and Overlord buffs have been added to the buff sorting system;

        • The months are given for an approximate understanding of the rotation order of Bosses in the game, and are subject to change

  • skillraid.png Raid bosses:
    • General information:
      • All Raid Bosses in the open world spawn in skill1540.png an invulnerability state lasting 2 minutes:
        • During this time, the Boss does not receive damage and is not affected by any buffs or debuffs.
      • Any actions against the Boss flag the character;
      • Boss spawn rates have been increased and the respawn window has been significantly reduced.
         
    • Awards:
      • The variance in reward distribution has been reduced. The average drop rate for rewards (such as parts) has increased, but their quantity has been proportionally reduced. This change will eliminate Bosses that provide no value to the player and exist solely for quantity:
        • Every boss on the map is now worth a look. Bosses can still be more or less rewarding, but there are no longer situations where a boss drops nothing but junk.
      • Rewards for less popular RBs have been updated. In many cases, an unpopular weapon will drop instead of a random weapon from a specific pool.
         
    • Parameters:
      • Experience gained from Bosses has been increased by approximately 20% (the value varies across different RBs);
      • The values of Health, Attack and Defense of Bosses have been slightly balanced.
         
    • RB groups:
      • All Bosses are divided into groups (pools), depending on the rank of the loot - NG, D-grade, C-grade, and so on;
      • Different groups will appear in the game world gradually, depending on the current level of the players;
      • We have limited as much as possible the situations in which level 68 players kill RBs with the drop of pieces on S-grade Weapons or Armor;

        • All Bosses drop an equal number of enchant with the same chance, depending on the Boss group;

  • Experience and leveling

    • The character's fatigue level does not affect the experience received by the pet;
    • The experience gained by a pet does not affect the character's fatigue;
    • Important !
      • At the same time, the maximum level of pets will be limited:
        • Until October 27th – level 50;
        • Until November 3rd – level 55;
        • Until November 10th – level 60;
          and so on.
    • Example:
      • Base experience from a monster is 10,000;
      • A tired character will receive 65% of the experience with a rate of 0.01, or 65 experience;
      • The pet will receive 35%, or 3500 experience.
    • Manuals:

  • Comfortable start
  • image.png Fatigue:
    • Starting from the server launch on October 24, all characters will have enough fatigue to reach level 48 (with Battle Ready fatigue at 100%):
      • Until Monday, October 27 (6:30 server time), no additional fatigue will be accumulated.
    • Starting from 6:30 AM on October 27 (server time), characters will receive 6 717 255 EXP daily. This amount will gradually increase every week:
      • Thus, the current level cap (at 100% rate) for the upcoming week (until November 3) is level 56.

      • image.pngMissions are a key tool in the game. These are a set of simple tasks with useful rewards that require no additional actions and are completed automatically as you progress. Initially, you'll earn coupons for completing them, which you can exchange for a set of armor with nice bonuses (equivalent to approximately Mid-D-grade), but you can equip this set starting at level 1:

      • Upon reaching level 17, the Mission will reward you with a universal NG weapon, equal in stats to the initial D-grade, but consuming NG shots—more readily available in the store and generously awarded as you level up:
