MasterWork II: Recruitment System

Рекомендованные сообщения

Dear friends!
Today we are pleased to announce the introduction of a new system designed to help the core social unit of our community — the group, and players who are looking for a group.
With this system, Group Leaders will be able to create a page with a group description that includes useful information for applicants. It’s also worth noting that a number of fields will be populated automatically (for example, when responding to a group application, your nickname, profession, and subclasses will be entered into the response form and displayed to the Group Leader).

Please note!
This system is designed to search for permanent groups (const parties) and is not intended for:

  • Posting trade or other advertisements.
  • Searching for a temporary group for a laba/spot/RB.
  • Duplication of the application by all members of a group.
  • Insults of any kind — hidden or direct, either in the application or in responses.

The system will help regular groups find missing members and will help players looking for a permanent group to find one.
MasterWork is a very active server with thousands of players posting in global chat, and it is not uncommon for your request to be lost among hundreds or thousands of messages. The search system will also help avoid situations where your request and a potential applicant don’t match at the right time — the system does not require you to be constantly logged in. You can submit a request or reply to an existing one, and the player on the other side of the screen can respond when they are available.

System Description

Basic rules

  • The Recruiting System is accessible by clicking the icon image.png in the side menu.
  • Any character who has reached level 30 can create an application in the Recruitment System:
    • We would like to draw your attention to the fact that it is strictly forbidden to create duplicate applications, either by the leader or by members of their group.
  • There are currently two tabs available: Group and My Requests:
    • In the future we plan to expand this system to "Clan" and "Solo" and to link it with the Const Party System, which is currently under development.
    • Please note!
      This is not an announcement or a spoiler about the upcoming launch of the CP System. It is in development and, unfortunately, is unlikely to appear during the active phase of the season. However, we are working hard to implement it as quickly as possible.
  • You also have access to the "Search" button, which will help you filter the applications you are interested in.

It is strictly prohibited

  • Create requests as a Group Leader that duplicate your existing requests;
  • Create requests by Group Members that duplicate existing requests and the requests of the Group Leader;
  • Create requests to search for temporary groups (on RB/Inst, etc.);
    • For this purpose, there is a group search system (Alt+Shift+P) that fully meets your needs.
  • Insults of any kind — hidden or direct, either in the application or in responses.

Violators who exploit the system for their own gain or who break these rules will be subject to penalties, ranging from deletion of applications and temporary or permanent restrictions on system use, to permanent bans.
Please respect yourself and other players seeking a comfortable pastime.

Main functions

  • The ability to create an application by specifying a number of points with requirements and preferences for candidates:
    • You can add a cover letter in any form to your application;
    • You can create multiple requests if your group is short of several players;
    • Important!
      We recommend that you carefully consider your ad and take the time to format and write the accompanying text. A well-written ad will help you present your group more effectively and find the most suitable candidates.
  • Ability to respond to requests:
    • Basic information is filled in automatically (level, class, subclasses, etc.);
    • A cover letter template is attached to the response:
      • In your cover letter, you can include additional information such as your gaming preferences, experience, skills, and your ability to level up a specific subclass for the group. A clear description and a friendly approach significantly increase your chances of a positive response.
