Quick questons

Hello everyone, I'll write this down in English, I think it will be easier to translate for everyone.

I have a couple of questions and I couldn't find proper answers with the search option, the translation isn't great when there are a lot of jargon and abbreviations that are inherent to L2 culture, so here I am.

 

First question, on the wiki page, here; it lists Overlord Magic of Pa'agrio with a 45% Magic Attack boost, while Chant of Magic from WarCryer is at 25% MAttack boost, is this a typo on the description or is the Overlord empower at 45%?

 

 

Second and last question, how are dwarves setting up crafting shops? The UI shows an empty recipes list, and I can't for the life of me make it work, having the recipe registered already and in my inventory, still can't work my way around it. Is it a limited VIP feature?

/edited for clarification, made a mistake.

left click the skill then go down to level 11 and left click that both classes get 75%... right click the recipe youre high enough level to use and make sure you are using dwarven craft and not common craft
