Bugs with client?

Need help to understand if there is something wrong with my client or these are just bugs that are waiting for a fix. All files updated and dx11 and dx12 same problem.

Limited settings, greyed out and not accessible.

World info empty. Can not zoom in map for towns.

Instead of trash bin there is a trading icon "Sell in shop" and what is W.I.P.?
