We want to buy a character, is there an official way to buy them, or you have to buy direclty to the person and "trust" to not be scammed? How is the normal process if someone can explain please?

We know that players already transfer and sell characters to each other without any dedicated tools. That is why we decided to introduce an official service within the project — with clear rules, character transfer to the new owner’s account, and no need to handle everything manually.

How does the transfer work?

• The seller lists a character and sets the price.
• The buyer pays the listed amount using their Personal Account balance.
• Once the transaction is completed, the character is transferred to the buyer’s account.
• The service fee is 15% and is deducted from the seller.

For example, if a character is listed for 1,000 units of Personal Account balance:

• The buyer spends 1,000.
• The seller receives 850.
• 150 is deducted as the service fee.

There is no separate balance for this service — the regular Personal Account balance is used.

Important note about the balance

This service is not intended for withdrawing funds into real money. Any balance received from a transaction remains within the Personal Account and can only be used within the project.

The main purpose of the service is not to create an external marketplace, but to make character transfers between players easier, clearer, and safer.

Which characters can be transferred?

At the current stage, the following basic requirements apply:

• Character level 52 or higher.
• Minimum listing price — 500 units of Personal Account balance.
• The character must not have any Master Coins.
• The character may have no more than 1,000,000 Adena.

For the buyer, there is another important benefit: once the transaction is completed, the character is transferred directly to their account, with no need to arrange the transfer separately.
