(Solved) Lithuanian debit card gets rejected

Hello good people. Is there any lithuanian that buys services here? Can somebody help me explain how can I buy coins here? My debit card is cancelled by the bank it says, but with the same card I can easily buy on amazon.de or even american websites. Maybe is there another way how can I pay?
And my card issuer "Swedbank" does not see the attempt to pay even so they cannot help me.

Yes support told me to contact my card issuer.... :/
Actually support suggested me to create cryptocurrency account and top it up:
"Unfortunately, there are no other methods yet, you can use the available payment systems or make a deposit via cryptocurrency wallet. You can find a detailed step-by-step guide on how to make a payment using a cryptocurrency wallet here: https://discord.com/channels/488377200874094593/937356743195918336/1512380710328205342"

Maybe that will work...

Unfortunately, that's the only option available for now. Hopefully, we'll be able to resolve the payment issue in the future.
