From Friday to Saturday (September 8-9) in the evenings (from 19:00 to about 23:00 CEST) a small GVG tournament 9x9 will be held on the OBT.
The main purpose of this is - to give you the opportunity of having fan, and also test people in groups. In view of various factors, many groups do not have the opportunity on the live server to try strength against each other on an equal boost, and this tournament gives you such an opportunity.
Since the server rates are relatively low (and based on the results of the voting, most of PL's voted for such variant), it was decided to hold a tournament among the characters of level 80, in the A and S grades. So, let's move on to the details.
1. Character
- All characters are required to be level 81 (if there will be deleveling during the match, level 81 won't be returnet to you, so we recommend you to make deleveling from the level 82 before the match).
- It is allowed to learn all available sub skills from 3 subclasses, except for level 80 transformations.
- It is allowed to learn all skills up to level 81 inclusive.
- It is allowed for all characters to take Noblesse.
- Maximum enchantment of the 2nd profession' skills is +7.
- Maximum enchantment of the 3rd profession' skills is +1.
- It is forbidden to learn and use any skills that appear on levels above 81.
- It is forbidden to use pets (do not confuse with sammons).
- It is forbidden to use any transformations, except for own transformations of the character's profession.
- It is forbidden to use any scrolls of transformations.
2. Equipment
- Each party is allowed to have 3 S-Grade sets, with a 60 protection attribute for each item.
- Each party is allowed to have 3 top A-Grade sets.
- Each party is allowed to have an unlimited number of Low A-Grade sets (or lower grade).
- Each party is allowed to have 4 S-Grade weapons with a SA 150 attribute.
- Each party is allowed to use Tateossian +3 jewelry sets.
- All A-Grade sets are available in any quantity.
- It is allowed to use S- and A-Grade shirts +4.
- Maximum enchantment of equipment is +3.
- It is allowed to enchant weapons and 1-piece armor parts up to +4.
- It is forbidden to use spare items with another attribute (in other words, there should be no more than three S-Grade sets in the inventory of the characters).
- It is forbidden to use talismans.
- It is forbidden to use rare titems (masterwork).
- It is forbidden to use LS's.
- It is forbidden to use PVP items.
- It is forbidden to use belts.
- It is forbidden to use TW and Olympiad jewelry.
3. Epic jewelry
- It is allowed to use only 2 epics from the list:
Ring of Queen Ant
Earring of Zaken
Frintezza's Necklace
4. Supplies
- Before the match each party will receive Blessed Scrolls of Resurrection (10 * number of fights in the match). Accordingly, if the match is played to two wins, then maximum it can take 3 fights. Therefore, you will receive 30 scrolls. Party may use them all in one battle, if it find it fit.
- It is allowed to use CP potions and Elixir CP/HP/MP.
- It is allowed to use Haste, Casting Speed and Wind Walk potions.
5. Buff
- Before the fight' start, PL may ask the Event Manager to give his party three buffs from the following list:
Blessing of Queen
Gift of Queen
Gift of Seraphim
Greater Shield
Chant of Protection
Elemental Protection
Improved Condition
- Buffs will be given by the Event Manager during the command for DS. Please do not shout in advance that you were not given a buff.
- It is forbidden to use any scrolls and cocktails.
- It is forbidden to learn clan skills.
6. Team Membership
- It is forbidden to рhave more than one Soul Hound.
7. Fights
- All tournament fights will be held up to 2 wins. Final - up to 3 wins. Depending on the number of groups of participants, the system of Double Elimination or the classic playoff fights may be used. More detailed information will be provided the day before the start of the tournament (September 7).
- All tournament fights will be held in random arenas (from an available list). Choosing the arena generates program. I hope we can organize a broadcast where this random selection of arena will be seen, so that later there will be no questions, as it was at the tournament on High Five.
- Participants of the fight will be given time to prepare and receive a buff. (Command: "Are the groups ready?").
- After PL's notify the Event Manager about the readiness, the party is blocked. This means, it will be impossible to invite/expel. (This is one of the features of the event match system).
- After this, a command will be given to raise DS. (Command: "DS up!").
- During DS's receiving, the Event Managers will give the off-party buffs selected by PL's.
- After that, the countdown to the beginning of the fight will be given.
8. Arenas

9. Possible problems and solutions.
- PL has the right to notify the Event Manager about the unforeseen problem BEFORE the start of the countdown. After the beginning of the countdown, the group is obligated to finish the match untill the end. After that, depending on the situation, the fight can be replayed by agreement of both sides.
10. Disqualifications
- Using of PvP software is prohibited. Since it is difficult to control everything, please try to fraps the fight. If you notice that your opponent is using prohibited software - show the fraps where the violation is clearly seen, after this a sentence will be sustained.
- The group can receive a warning or be disqualified for violating one of the rules (depending on the severity of the violation).
- Event Manager can also make decisions not described in the rules at his own discretion.
11. Tournament
The tournament starts on Friday, September 8, at 19:00 CEST. We recommend all participants to be at full strength in the game at 18:00 (!!!). If desired, training fights can be conducted.
12. Prizes
The information will be available later (approximately within two days from the date of publication of topic).
PLEASE SEND ME REQUESTS IN PM AT FORUM. DEADLINE - THURSDAY 7 SEPTEMBER.
1. Party name
2. Nickname of the party leader
3. Membership (in the format "nickname-profession")
This tournament is not held in order to prove that someone is stronger, but in order to make you have fun. If you want to prove who is cooler, then you can do it on a live server. I'm really frustrating when a few weeks after the tournament some evidences of the forbidden software using appears. Violations in most cases were small and almost nothing affected, but the bad aftertaste remained. Let's respect ourselves and others.
In general, that's all. I wish you all good luck in the upcoming PvP!
P.S. If something is missing - write in the comments. All the disputable points should be discussed before the start, so that later there would be no problems.
Important clarification about the attributes and other items:
Attribute, both in guns and in armor, can be changed before the match beginning (the match consists of 3 fights, the final - of 5 fights). That is, you can prepare N guns and N sets in WH, but you can take only one kit with you. Also, you can re-enchant your skills to another branch. But again - before the match start.
This is a forced refinement, since we can not control who and in which sets participated during the whole tournament. So there will be those who will do like that. Therefore, I make everyone known in advance.
