Just increase the stats of normal bosses to make it hard for a macro party to kill them. Add a barrier(with proper amount of hp) that if not broken in specific time the boss goes berserk and scales up every few minutes if the barrier is not broken , boss should disappear after a specific amount of time on max berserk state. Make every single boss a clan event for small/mid clans,big clans will not bother to hunt all bosses if they need too many people to farm them.Now most bosses on the map are farmed by 1/2 parties and can be killed by a bot party with summoners on macro in 1-2 minutes.
