It just updated to 1.7.1.0, but the issue still remains, i press check files it says update complete successfully, but still everything is the same. I'm gonna try to delete the previous downloaded files (34.9 GB) and try downloading again. Also, shouldn't there be an executable file in here ?

I have exactly the same issue, tried the launcher that was posted on this topic. Where does the eglobal launcher hold it's appdata? It clearly does, since no matter what you always have you account data there if you delete the launcher folder or the LU4 folder in user/appdata/lu4 Or is the updated client simply not our yet ?
