hi today someone told me that have more than 1 computer is illegal and that PREMIUM account is to have a vendor on city just

 

Is it illegal to have more than one computer and press the other keyboard while playing with your main character?

I noticed that all the bots I reported—where it was completely obvious they were bots because they never responded and picked up adena/coins automatically—were never banned. In fact, today I saw one of the most obvious bots I had reported, still playing without any penalty.

My question is: Why do people consider it "botting" when you use your own hands across different hardware, while actual bots are ignored?

Using your own hands is not botting. If anything, it comes down to quality of gameplay, coordination, and multitasking skill.

Using your own hands is not botting. If anything, it comes down to quality of gameplay, coordination, and multitasking skill.

We do not prohibit playing on multiple computers at the same time. The main requirement is that the characters must be controlled by a real player, not by third-party software.

 

As for bot reports, not all of them are confirmed after investigation. It's also possible that a player has already received a punishment, served their ban, and returned to the game, only to continue using prohibited software.

 

If you notice suspicious activity again, you can submit another report to support. Repeated confirmed violations will result in longer bans, up to and including a permanent ban.

im a young boy without credit card, this guy told me ill get ban for using more than 1 computer because using my hands in many keyboards is like if i was a human bot, and i told him that im not a bot im moving myself using my blood and energy to push the keyboards, and he refuses to accept and learn the difference between a software and a human, then i began to tell him that he is a bad player, he can do the same as me, why he doesnt do it? he cant do it? yes he can but he doesnt wants to coordinate his brain and eyes, so he attacks me and told me that he will open a ticket on support to ban me, saying that about premium double client is one client to be with the CP and the other to be selling in giran, what sounds ridicolous.

 

my eyes stress is many times more than a normal player, if i play only in 1 computer ill be playing 14 hours, if i play with other, ill play a lot less because i have to be moving my head and hands many times, it gives more stress to my body, so basically im playing the same hours as a one, because my eyes and head and hands stress faster then i need to res tmore, and there is when assist manager helps me a bit to handle it.
